Skills and abilities required:

• Coordinate all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out
• Research, qualify, and gather bids from subcontractors from various trades
• Prepare scopes, schedules, and estimates
• Navigate permitting in multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to manage 15 projects simultaneously

Education and Experience Required:

• Project Management experience on interior renovations (2 – 5 years)
• Construction industry experience (3 – 5 years)
• College degree preferably in construction management or engineering
• Excellent computer, communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
