What is design-build remodeling?
Design-build remodeling enables customers to take full advantage of a single provider for both their design and construction needs. In this process, project planning simultaneously takes into account design and construction, helping to ensure that your desires and budget are in line with the construction realities of the project. Through this single-service relationship, the entire construction process is streamlined. Firmly grounded in the realities of budget and construction, this in-house design process reduces the risk of unforeseen delays or budgetary surprises, and speeds up the permitting and scheduling of your project. We believe you'll find this process tailored to the desires, needs, and concerns of the customer, helping ease any anxiety in undertaking a major remodeling project.
I already have an architect for my project. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We regularly work with architects and implement their designs through close contact with you, the customer, and your architect. If you do not have an architect, we offer a full range of in-house design services as part of the design-build remodeling process.
What cabinet manufacturers do you work with?
My home was built in the 1800s. Do you have experience working with historic homes?
We are no stranger to old homes! We have extensive experience remodeling older homes, and we have the skills and experience to ensure that such projects are done right. With all that is involved in remodeling older and historic homes, from attention to detail to the preservation of architectural elements, the design-build process is particularly well suited for historic remodeling.
